Why is 100% advance payment required?

Advance payment is required to authorize live animal purchasing, fresh food cooking, and kitchen preparation in Makkah and Madinah. Once authorized via Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, your order is scheduled immediately.

Can I dedicate a meal sponsorship to my deceased parents or loved ones?

Yes. You can select "Sponsor a Meal in the Name of Your Loved Ones" or enter any custom prayer intention during VIP Checkout. This dedication is printed on your official Holy City Sponsorship Certificate.

How will I receive proof of distribution?

Once your sponsored meals are distributed near Masjid Al-Haram or Masjid An-Nabawi, our ground team sends real-time photos and video clips directly to your registered WhatsApp number.
